Applications include coating of adhesive on one or two sides to produce seals and gaskets or double sided fixing tape. Polyethylene foam is also used widely in the automotive industry, shoe, luggage and garment industries, sports goods and toy manufacturing industries as well as air conditioning, insulation and packaging trades.

A wide range of stocks are available in the UK and our minimum order quantities are modest compared to other manufacturers.

Our polyethylene foam comes in a range of thicknesses and densities in rolls up to 1500mm in width. We can corona treat the foam prior to dispatch on thicknesses up to 3mm, so that it is ready to coat with adhesive on one or both sides

Polyethylene foam can be supplied in a range of thicknesses from 0.8mm up to 50mm (by laminating)

Our polyethylene foam is available in a range of densities, thicknesses and colours, making it ideal for use in toy manufacturing. It complies with BS EN 71 1-3:1995
Our polyethylene foam can be supplied in a range of thicknesses from 0.8mm upto 50mm (laminated) and in Fire Retardant grade if required. Making it suitable for use in a wide range of applications within the automotive manufacturing industry
